The Chamber Singers is the Non-Varsity Mixed Choir at FMHS and is comprised of Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.
Chamber Singers requires a full year commitment. Membership is by audition only and singers are expected to participate in Voice Lessons, All-Region, All-State, the school musical, and Solo & Ensemble Contest. Some years, these singers will have the opportunity to combine with Jaguar Chorale and perform as part of Con Fuoco (Varsity Treble Choir) or Con Brio (Varsity Tenor Bass Choir).
Chamber Singers has won numerous UIL “Sweepstakes” Awards, has performed at the American Classic Big D Festival, and most recently sang with the Jaguar Chorale during 2021-2022 as part of Con Fuoco and Con Brio. Their combined performances included John Rutter’s “Gloria” and Festival di Voce at Dallas Baptist University.
